European Economic Area - Norway gateway in the common market fills up last year for 20 years. The last 10 years it has provided the framework agreement also grants to the EEA and Norway - Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, financed by the Fund, aimed at diminishing the social and economic disparities in Europe. In the EEA and Norway Grants have contributed to the Norwegian-Estonian relations between the partner and strengthen in many fields . Facility has received a number of projects in various sectors, including environment-friendly(Green IT ) innovation to the well-being of children and youth, and civil society development.Again last year there was Estonian-Norwegian business seminar in Oslo on September, in which 60-member Estonian delegation met with Norwegian business executives, and reflects the great interest in business community in strengthening the trade and economic cooperation. EEA and Norway grants program "Environmentally friendly industrial renewal" has helped 40 Estonian company to enter into new partner contacts with Norwegian companies. Can we relate the Green IT ICT Day with that seminar in this regard ?

Tallinn e-Governance Conference 2015 let the world’s leading e-governance experts from governments, business, academia, international organizations and civil society groups gatherered in Estonia . The conference’s topics include designing e-governance strategies, 15 years of e-governance experience in EU Eastern Partnership countries, coordination and communication in central e-governance implementation and the relationship between cybersecurity and e-governance how would be the involvement of Norway on such projects and wat is the E-Governance strategy of Norway ?
