H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu Would you please kindly tell about yourself?
Martina Tzonova: My name is Martina Tzonova and I am the Marketing communication specialist at ITCE. We help people and companies improve their management practices, information technologies and human capital by delivering complete solutions – processes, knowledge sharing and cloud software.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: What is the challenge of ITCE in the Market and what are the differential advantage offered in training, consultancy and certification compared to its rivals in the market?

H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu IT trainings and Management trainings with internationally recognized qualifications. ITCE training center is the right place for instructor-led trainings. ITCE management trainers are specialized in ITIL trainings, (PMP®) trainings, Business Analysis (CBAP® and PMI-PBA®) trainings, (PMI-ACP®) trainings and many other. What is your selection criteria for lecturers, for Instructor-led Training?
Martina Tzonova: Most of the instructors are also consultants at ITCE. This means that besides delivering accredited trainings, they have rich practical experience, working on complex projects for implementation of different solutions for the biggest companies in the region. This brings additional benefit for the participants during course since they can gain knowledge from the business cases as well.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: Would you please mention about your consulting services regarding ISO 27001, 20000 standards and Information Security ?
Martina Tzonova: Our consultants have extensive experience in numerous projects undertaken in the field of IT Security and Service Management. They have expertise in planning and implementation of ITIL processes, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 in large scale organizations; design and implementation of large scale deployment of Security services, Internet security and Acceleration Server, Public Key Infrastructure for high security environments such as telecoms, banks and manufacturing companies.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: What are the forthcoming future projects of ITCE in terms of consultation, training and certification?
Martina Tzonova: We have many on-going consulting projects for Microsoft and ServiceNow solution for different industries. There are also new trainings developed for 2016 such as Vendor management, Demand management, Software Asset Management, Presentation skills and so on. We constantly build new partnerships with different Training and Testing centers from abroad for new certifications exams.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: Consultancy and training is closely related with mentorship and coaching, do you have such any plans for rendering and offering such services as well?
Martina Tzonova: Actually we already have coaching and mentoring programs. For the last months we organized as well “train the trainer” programs and individual coaching programs for CEOs.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: As ITCE offers several certification exams, how the Certification Process and Exams works for ITIL, MOS (Microsoft Office ), GMAT and Why GMAT® exam is solely provided by ITCE ?
Martina Tzonova: Apart from being part of Pearson VUE Select Authorized Center, we are also accredited testing center for Peoplecert, Certiport, Kryterion and we have rights to provide their exam portfolios at ITCE testing center. Regarding the GMAT exam, ITCE is the only Pearson VUE Select Authorized Center in Bulgaria that delivers the exam. Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center Selects are independently-owned Pearson VUE Authorized Centers that have been carefully selected for their quality, service and amenities, and then upgraded with advanced biometrics and surveillance technology.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu : What is the reason of the success of ITCE and what is the differential advantage of ITCE in the relevant business fields you are acting ?
Martina Tzonova: We are leader in the delivery of new business related trainings. H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu: How you organize and what are the suite of pre-studies for the preparation of ITCE Custom Trainings tailored to the client’s needs?
Martina Tzonova: The first step before we deliver a custom training to any company, is our consultant and instructor to research the company’s situation thoroughly, so together we can define needs and objectives and develop a training plan according to their specific requests. By doing this we are sure that the company will benefit from the training.
H.Cigdem Yorgancioglu Would you please mention about the recent trends and developments in E learning and ITCE activities in this regard.
Martina Tzonova: The internet smashes the boundaries of knowledge access every day and there are new platforms emerging that support е-training delivery. We also provide e-learning training for few categories and at the moment we are improving our platform and planning to expand the e-learning portfolio because we believe that is the future of the trainings – to access online anywhere.
